Responsibilities

  • Establish metrics and analysis systems for timely review of USAFA marketing actions.
  • Develop plans, policies, procedures, and strategies for brand management of USAFA.
  • Provide advertising media and implement promotional programs through contract program management.
  • Develop annual budget and resource requirements to meet program objectives.
  • Provide public affairs and public relations services for the United States Air Force Academy.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Males must be registered for Selective Service.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • At least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent, including knowledge of market research methods and promotional strategies.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and marketing policies, procedures, and techniques.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in public affairs and public relations within a military context.
  • Familiarity with federal employment regulations and procedures.
