About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at FOX Factory plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) sales and expanding the follower and subscriber base for the CWH brands. This position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that effectively represent each brand and target consumer group. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including email, social media, search, video, advertorials, paid placements, and affiliate programs. Additionally, this role will support digital initiatives for the content and e-commerce teams, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and brand standards. In this position, the Digital Marketing Manager will continuously monitor and improve digital marketing channels to drive sales and enhance spending efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing digital advertising budgets, reporting on performance metrics, and serving as the primary point of contact for external contractors and service providers. The manager will also be involved in interviewing and selecting digital marketing agencies, onboarding them, and overseeing day-to-day communications and tasks. The role requires collaboration with the creative department to develop display banners and coordinate product launches and digital marketing promotions. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with content and e-commerce leads to ensure timely go-live dates for products and marketing campaigns. By leveraging demographic data, the manager will create customer personas to tailor communications and advertisements effectively. Furthermore, the position involves conducting keyword research and testing for ads and SEO/content creation, ensuring a positive communication experience with key internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Primary point of contact with all external contractors and service providers for digital marketing.
  • Maintain digital advertising budgets with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Interview and select digital marketing agencies and platforms, managing onboarding and day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure CWH brands are represented well online, meeting high brand standards in communications and advertisements.
  • Manage email marketing, including automated journeys and segmented campaigns.
  • Test emerging ad platforms and social networks.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products and digital marketing promotions.
  • Work with the creative department to create display banners for various platforms.
  • Coordinate with content and e-commerce leads on go-live dates for products and marketing campaigns.
  • Create customer personas by pairing brand targets with demographic data.
  • Assist in keyword research and testing for ads and SEO/content creation.
  • Develop best-in-class user experiences while balancing brand experience with sales conversion tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related area, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Ability to perform data analysis in spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices for efficient customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with customer retention metrics, strategies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Email Marketing, and Shopify platforms.
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics to make informed campaign decisions.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
