Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Coordination with vendors and internal teams will be necessary to manage booth design, promotional materials, logistics, and on-site execution, which may involve some travel. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field, along with 2-4 years of experience in marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in office software and familiarity with marketing tools, particularly Microsoft, Adobe, and social media platforms. A working knowledge of B2B marketing support is also required. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employment visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or similar field
  • 2-4 years' experience in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software and familiarity with marketing tools, preferably Microsoft, Adobe, and social media accounts
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing support
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing
  • Automotive aftermarket experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A high level of skill in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Teams; Adobe Illustrator; SalesForce; and familiarity with video marketing.
