About the position

Accident Centers of Texas is a multidisciplinary practice providing physical therapy and chiropractic services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and increasing revenue streams by fostering relationships with accident attorneys and other relevant establishments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of marketing expertise, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare and legal service markets. This is an on-the-field position that requires a proactive approach to marketing and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with accident attorneys, insurance companies, rehabilitation centers, and other relevant businesses to generate referrals and partnerships. You will develop strategic alliances and referral networks to drive patient referrals and increase revenue for the company. Additionally, you will create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the services of our physicians, including chiropractors, physical therapists, MDs, and NPs, to targeted audiences such as accident victims, legal professionals, and healthcare providers. You will also work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance our online presence, including managing our website, social media platforms, and online directories to attract potential clients. Event coordination will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops targeting attorneys, insurance adjusters, and other potential referral sources. Representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events will be essential to increase brand awareness and foster partnerships. Monitoring marketing and business development activities, tracking key performance metrics, and analyzing ROI will be part of your daily tasks to optimize strategies and campaigns. You will prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in a physician's office or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of the legal services market, including accident and personal injury cases, and familiarity with medical terminology and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
