We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our personal injury law firm. This role is crucial in assisting our marketing efforts and will involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our online presence and engagement with clients. The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Director and will also have regular interactions with the owner regarding marketing activities. In this position, you will be responsible for developing content for all social media platforms associated with Isaacs & Isaacs and its affiliates. This includes popular platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as any emerging platforms that may arise. You will create, schedule, and manage regular postings, including filming short videos and developing creative graphics and content as needed. Additionally, you will research competitors and monitor their activities to ensure our strategies remain competitive. Your role will also involve managing social media ad campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Director to stay within budget and effectively implement digital marketing strategies. You will assist in organizing giveaway contests, managing comments on social media pages, and handling postings and updates for our Google Business Profiles. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ordering marketing materials, managing the apparel store, and assisting in the coordination of media and company events. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of firm information.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of content for all social media platforms for Isaacs & Isaacs and any other company affiliates.
  • Develop, create & schedule regular posting for all social media channels including filming short videos.
  • Develop creative graphics and content for platforms as needed for posts.
  • Manage social posts in Buffer.
  • Research competitors of I&I and monitor their activities.
  • Develop giveaway contests on social media platforms and work with the Marketing Director on Terms & Conditions for those giveaways.
  • Oversee the monitoring/removing/hiding comments on all social media pages & companies.
  • Assist in the development and management of ad campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Work with the Marketing Director on social media budgets and ensure adherence to those budgets for ad campaigns.
  • Post Facebook events as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing needs of digital elements as new opportunities arise.
  • Handle all postings and changes to the Google Business Profiles and Google LSA accounts.
  • Load addresses for geofencing reports daily and review billing for geofencing addresses.
  • Help monitor budgets for all social media ad campaigns.
  • Help develop graphic materials for print including digital and print.
  • Order marketing materials (flyers, banners, etc.).
  • Assist in the management of the apparel store and coordinate budget with HR.
  • Update the Hammer Hub app as needed.
  • Assist in logging budgetary items for the Marketing Director's monthly budget review.
  • Assist in media and company events and internal communications for the company.
  • Gather information for new attorneys for website updates and coordinate professional photography.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, either in a corporate environment or a marketing agency.
  • Prior experience with a law firm is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid onsite schedule with a couple of days a week in the office and be available for marketing events.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Content of personal social media accounts must reflect a high standard of professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and written skills, with attention to detail for all communications.
  • Strong negotiation and people skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to keep information about the firm confidential.
