BioPathogenix is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing biotech team. This individual will play a critical role in elevating our brand, driving engagement, and supporting sales efforts through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a deep interest in biotech innovations, customer engagement, and leveraging marketing trends to promote our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with BioPathogenix's vision of precision and innovation.
  • Strengthen brand identity with consistent messaging, emphasizing trust, quality, and scientific integrity.
  • Design and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, presentations, and product catalogs.
  • Create compelling LinkedIn posts and manage other social media platforms to highlight new products, company milestones, and educational content.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to generate curiosity-driven campaigns that educate clients on product features.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, trade show preparations, and promotional material to support product launches.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiate BioPathogenix's offerings in the biotech market.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback on product performance, marketing needs, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives based on customer insights and sales data.
  • Work closely with R&D and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Biorender).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create both technical and engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing, preferably within the biotech or life sciences industry.
  • Familiarity with molecular biology, PCR workflows, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of lean marketing approaches and how they apply to biotech companies.
