We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our overall marketing efforts. In this role, you will be an integral part of developing and executing marketing plans aimed at achieving various targets, from enhancing brand awareness to promoting our products and services. The ultimate goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will bolster our reputation and support our growth objectives. As a Marketing Specialist, you will conduct market research to uncover insights about consumer requirements, habits, and trends. You will ensure that leads are followed up on and that we have a strategic plan for ongoing outreach. Your creativity will be essential as you brainstorm and develop innovative marketing campaigns. You will assist in both outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating your expertise in areas such as content development, advertising, and event planning. Collaboration is key in this role; you will liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns while working closely with other marketing professionals to coordinate brand awareness initiatives. You will plan and execute marketing initiatives to effectively reach our target audience through various channels, including social media, email, and television. Additionally, you will assist in analyzing marketing data, such as campaign results and conversion rates, to inform and shape future marketing strategies. You will also undertake individual tasks as assigned within the marketing plan, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
• Ensure leads are being followed up on and that there is a plan for constant outreach
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.)
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent
