In this hybrid role with Wolters Kluwer CCH® Tagetik North America, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing email marketing strategies and overall marketing performance for our Corporate Performance & ESG Division. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about data-driven marketing and are eager to contribute to a growth-phase business. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing email campaigns that align with our demand leaders' marketing plans and go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of these campaigns and analyzing their performance to derive actionable insights that will inform future marketing decisions. As a key member of the team, you will harness your expertise in email marketing to drive and convert leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This includes creating programs for acquisition, nurture, engagement, and re-engagement, all aimed at generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that contribute to our sales pipeline. Your analytical skills will be crucial in delivering quantifiable improvements in email results, as you will analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and strategies. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with North America and Global Marketing teams, Inside Sales, and Divisional Marketing Operations to innovate and test strategies that meet our marketing goals. You will also be responsible for refining and developing reporting and visualization dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and marketing ROI effectively.
