About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a compelling, cohesive brand strategy across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, and event marketing.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Partner with Sales and other departments to ensure creative efforts align with business objectives and product messaging.
• Conduct market and user research to understand customer needs and enhance user experience.
• Establish and enforce brand guidelines and standards for a cohesive visual language.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to infuse fresh ideas into the creative process.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for creative projects and use data-driven insights to refine creative output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role within a corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills.
