Responsibilities

  • Fosters and maintains positive relationships with clients, marketing stakeholders, sponsored organizations, and vendors.
  • Demonstrates leadership in meetings and actively participates to drive decision-making.
  • Contributes to the education of stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Promotes a positive work environment and contributes to a dynamic team-focused atmosphere.
  • Contributes to the development of marketing plans, campaigns, and event strategies.
  • Implements and measures key performance indicators (KPIs) under the guidance of the manager.
  • Effectively manages projects with vendors and creative teams, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborates with writers and designers to develop content for various platforms.
  • Provides advisory input to clients to help them make informed business decisions.
  • Contributes to strategy and performance assessments for programs and events under guidance.
  • Develops clear communications, reports, and presentations with compelling data for leadership.
  • Submits invoices on time and tracks budgets for assigned projects.
  • Identifies gaps and opportunities in marketing strategies in partnership with the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Four years of experience related to Marketing and Communications.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, word-processing, and presentation software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment in decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or communications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies.
