The Marketing Specialist at File & ServeXpress is a strategic and deadline-oriented team player who demonstrates a mastery of marketing techniques that support the company's overall business strategy. This role requires selected applicants to leverage exceptional written communication skills, collaborative project management strategies, and creative problem-solving abilities to develop strategies and content for various marketing and advertising initiatives. The Specialist will build upon an established understanding of user needs and behaviors, with the primary responsibility of creating and managing content across the digital marketing landscape. This includes ensuring both accessibility and accuracy to attract, nurture, qualify, and convert sales leads. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Product Team and Graphic Designer to achieve these goals. In this role, the Marketing Specialist will develop a content plan based on business objectives and the needs of end users, focusing on unique value propositions, messaging, and audience engagement. They will engage in market research and campaign analysis to uncover insights and patterns that drive future content strategy and creation. The Specialist will also develop and optimize editorial calendars for integrated content marketing campaigns, taking into account web traffic and customer engagement metrics. Additionally, they will create and organize copy for various platforms, including web, email marketing, digital advertising, and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, to drive interest and engagement. The Marketing Specialist will manage all email campaigns, including managing Mailchimp audiences, and will oversee all collateral and visual brand identity for industry events. They will support the Business Development efforts of File & ServeXpress by preparing pitch decks, educational presentations, event marketing materials, and formal proposals as needed. Furthermore, they will assist in communications efforts and content creation, such as press releases, technical articles, blog posts, and intranet content. The role also involves integrating SEO strategies into web-based content, leveraging keyword research and optimal site/page placement, and using analytics and research tools to evaluate digital strategies and create reports with recommendations to increase reach and engagement. Staying abreast of current content and marketing trends, social platforms, media types, and SEO updates is essential to ensure maximum effectiveness in this position.
