About the position

The position involves supporting the Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist in implementing lead scoring and nurturing strategies, developing brand awareness, and creating engaging content. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction while tracking key brand metrics to measure success. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and President, contributing to a woman-owned experiential agency that emphasizes collaboration and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Assist in developing and completing a comprehensive brand awareness strategy to increase MSM brand recognition and reach.
• Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the target audience.
• Track & analyze key brand metrics, such as social engagement and website traffic to measure the success of initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Track due dates and write compelling submissions to achieve award-winning designs.

Requirements

• Proven success with similar marketing accountabilities in past roles.
• Strong writing skills.
• Experience with tradeshows or in a creative agency business.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously while interacting with diverse groups.
• Proven ability to create compelling written pieces.
• Experience with RFP responses and client presentations.

Benefits

• Salary range - $68,000 - $78,000 annually
