Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Design and review marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product collateral to ensure brand alignment.
  • Collaborate on website updates and digital platforms to maintain a strong and modern brand presence.
  • Lead marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact for marketing assets, tools, and resources to streamline operations.
  • Partner with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Plan and execute events such as trade shows, product launches, and company presentations.
  • Oversee logistics, including shipping, accommodations, and creating marketing materials that leave a lasting impression.
  • Ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual events with measurable results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  • Create performance reports to measure success and guide future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Event planning and trade show coordination experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
