Responsibilities

• Visit businesses to promote services and build relationships.
• Use online tools for marketing and recruiting.
• Recruit employees by attending job fairs, online recruiting, etc.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and employees.
• Attend business events to expand our reach.
• Report daily activities and expenses, and support office tasks.
• Perform all office functions including registering applicants, taking phone calls, scheduling interviews, dispatching, etc.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Own transportation to support business visits and recruiting duties.
