The role involves working directly with the Senior Regional Marketing Director and Sales Management to support marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include developing, amplifying, and maintaining sales tools and marketing initiatives across various departments such as marketing, research, sales, social, and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Upkeep of local marketing collateral on internal server, website, and intranet.
  • Fulfill all national marketing requests, i.e., newsletter stories, media kits, etc.
  • Create and maintain local materials.
  • Develop customized collateral for specific clients and targets.
  • Ideate, research, and design proactive materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams and Managers on local, regional and national projects, presentations, proposals and other sales/marketing collateral.
  • Assist in writing & developing market content for outfront.com and OUTFRONT's social channels.
  • Become research expert within the market.
  • Learn, work with, and understand marketing research as it can best be used on sales collateral, competitive research requests, customized presentations, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and pull insights from data sets.
  • Attend and present updates at local weekly sales meetings, marketing meetings, etc.
  • Respond in timely manner to Account Executive's questions, sales needs, and handle all incoming requests appropriately and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team on various projects, including all project phases from brainstorming, creation, delivery, and follow up.
  • Be responsive and complete projects as needed and as directed by the Senior Regional Marketing Director and/or Sales Management.
  • Prioritize current marketing needs on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis, communicating those goals daily to Senior Regional Marketing Director, revising as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years professional experience. Advertising agency/marketing experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong market(s) knowledge
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign & Photoshop and Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment: meet strict deadlines & handle multiple ongoing projects concurrently
  • Must be able to work in a team setting and independently, many times taking initiative/lead on projects and requests
  • Must be able to take initiative, introduce new ideas with an emphasis on 'forward thinking' and sales generation
  • Desire to learn marketing/advertising and how our business fits into 'The Big Picture'
  • Strong eye for design/visual aesthetics
  • Stellar writing, organizational, and time management skills
  • Passionate - no job too small mentality
  • Professional advertising/marketing experience a plus
