The Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of event planning including tradeshows, webinars, seminars and other meetings. Execute trade show planning including overseeing the go-no-go decision-making process for events, securing booth space, managing and securing booth materials, managing logistics, tracking costs and ROI. Lead the process for identifying and securing opportunities for SGS Subject Matter Experts to participate in conference presentations and poster sessions. Plan and execute webinars, seminars, sales and leadership meetings, and other corporate events. When necessary, travel to events to serve as on-site event lead. Appropriately track and leads, results and feedback from all events. Manage inventory or giveaway items and literature used for events. Assist in creation of new graphics and literature for events. Execute promotions for all events, including e-blasts, social media and other promotional efforts required. Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data. Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership. Execute marketing campaigns and perform special projects and other related duties as requested by management and the business development team. Execute all marketing activities accurately, on time, with proper approvals, and within budget. Tracks performance metrics for all programs.
