As a Marketing Specialist in Marlborough, MA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our technical services division. This position involves working closely with senior marketing and business development staff to manage day-to-day marketing responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the writing and editing of proposals, newsletter content, technical staff resumes, and project descriptions. You will also be responsible for updating marketing databases that track project information, graphics, and proposals. Additionally, you will create promotional materials such as brochures, print advertisements, conference materials, and digital media content. Other marketing duties may be assigned as needed, providing a diverse range of tasks that will enhance your professional development. To thrive in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Technical Writing, or a related field, along with 0-3 years of experience. Experience in the Architecture & Engineering industry is a plus. Strong writing skills are required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is also advantageous. You must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A successful evaluation of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and maintaining a safe driving record is also required.

Responsibilities

Requirements
