Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing operations and execution of client marketing projects.
• Track and report results of all marketing initiatives, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices in marketing services and deliverables.
• Participate in client marketing meetings, providing status reports on project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure client satisfaction and flawless execution of marketing program deliverables.
• Work with the Marketing Account Manager to develop detailed marketing plans and track budgets.
• Model professional and ethical behavior and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with attendance and safety rules.
• Assist coworkers to keep work current and meet deadlines.
• Provide training and technical guidance for less experienced employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in marketing or related field.
