The Marketing Specialist at The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) plays a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting the organization's mission to serve persecuted Christians. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns, analyze data for audience segmentation, and communicate strategies across multiple channels. The Marketing Specialist is expected to uphold VOM's brand standards while adapting to the fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data meticulously to inform audience segmentation tactics using source codes and tracking analytics.
• Craft effective communication strategies across various channels, including email, digital ads, direct mail appeals, and landing pages.
• Clearly communicate strategies to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, operations, and ministry teams.
• Implement learnings from previous efforts to inform upcoming strategies.
• Uphold VOM's brand position and messaging standards in collaboration with the messaging and creative teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, organizational capability, and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management, data analysis, and strategic communication.
