About the position

The Marketing Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team that executes marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand awareness and promotion in both local and national markets. This position involves various responsibilities including digital coordination, marketing operations, event management, and print asset management, all while reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the CRM database.
• Organize the photo library.
• Assist the Content/Merchant Relations Manager with social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Manage project/task administration for the marketing team.
• Schedule calendars and coordinate creative assets between agencies.
• Coordinate all elements of Cherry Creek North produced events.
• Serve as the point of contact for third-party vendor produced events.
• Manage and coordinate inventory, production, and distribution of print assets such as kiosks, directories, brochures, and signage.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience with traditional and digital marketing.
• Degree in marketing or a related field, or comparable certifications.
• Demonstrated competency in written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong initiative and organizational skills with follow-through capabilities.
• Experience in event support.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Competency in commonly used marketing platforms and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
