About the position

The Marketing Specialist at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is responsible for executing local marketing efforts and supporting the long-term marketing strategy in Sun City, AZ. This role involves collaboration with the clinical team, budget tracking, market research, and managing marketing initiatives to enhance community engagement and brand presence. The ideal candidate is a motivated, people-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and implement marketing strategies to help the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand compliance.
• Coordinate production of print orders and advertising with third-party partners.
• Find and execute Expos, Health Fairs, and other public or private functions.
• Manage and maintain the clinic's fyzical.com website and Google Business Profile.
• Oversee email marketing efforts and manage all marketing tools and resources.
• Track marketing initiatives to point to ROI.
• Execute marketing campaigns tactically.
• Prepare engaging content for website blogs that attracts and converts the target audience.
• Manage clinic's local listings and online reputation platforms.
• Facilitate creative content via Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
• Create compelling content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Support the development and execution of social media strategies, including scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
• Monitor and report on online channel analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to enhance Fyzical's market presence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Direct experience in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment may substitute for education and/or experience requirements.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and all social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
