About the position

The Marketing Specialist at Genesis HealthCare plays a crucial role in supporting marketing, business development, and sales initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring that business development requests are fulfilled in a timely manner while adhering to brand management standards. The Marketing Specialist will engage in research, data collection, and the organization of in-house archives, serving as a resource for marketing and advertising efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, business development, and sales initiatives within Genesis HealthCare.
• Fulfill business development requests in a timely manner according to brand management standards.
• Conduct research and data collection to support marketing efforts.
• Create presentations and maintain in-house archives organization.
• Act as a resource for field/business units regarding marketing and advertising.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis on Marketing, English, and/or Communication.
• At least two years of previous marketing experience, preferably in the skilled nursing industry.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating a variety of business communications and presentations.
• Excellent organization skills combined with good interpersonal skills.
