The Marketing Specialist at Argen plays a pivotal role in leading both inbound and outbound marketing activities, working collaboratively across various teams to support sales enablement. This position is integral to ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven and effectively amplify the Argen brand while driving sales. The Marketing Specialist will engage with customers and internal teams to develop actionable marketing plans that resonate with target audiences. In this role, the Marketing Specialist will assist the marketing team in the development, project coordination, and execution of comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns. This includes overseeing the entire process from concept creation, content development, copywriting, design direction, scheduling, and distribution across various channels. The Specialist will also coordinate the marketing rollout of new product launches, collaborating closely with business development and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless introduction to the market. The day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating a variety of marketing tactics such as advertising, social media, email campaigns, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement initiatives. The Specialist will conduct primary and secondary market research, utilizing various tools to analyze data and gain insights that will shape the marketing strategy. Participation in brainstorming sessions is expected, where the Specialist will contribute analytical and intuitive insights to develop creative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and competitive advantage. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will work to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels. Liaising with external vendors and key opinion leaders to support tradeshows, promotional events, and speaking engagements is also a key aspect of this role. The Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing monthly marketing reports that track critical metrics related to lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, the Specialist will lead special marketing projects that align with corporate brand initiatives, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the overall mission of Argen.
