We are looking for a marketing specialist to join our team to implement and optimize marketing plans across multiple channels such as email, social media, product pages, promotions, website, retailer sites, and digital campaigns. This professional will be responsible for creating copy and content for use in various mediums, optimizing and fostering community interaction on company social pages, creation and optimization of email campaigns, and maintaining product information on websites. This is an entry-level marketing position focused on the tactical level of execution and optimization. The marketing specialist will craft and execute messaging to be used in multi-channel marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include writing, proofreading, and editing content across different mediums, collaborating with the Product Management team, Senior Marketing Project Manager, and technical teams in updating product information for the website as part of the Product Information Process. The role also involves maintaining information in the Product Information database for the website and SAP, ensuring timely, on-brand materials for marketing programs, and creating a steady stream of quality content for social media and email to engage and create awareness for the BUNN brand. Additionally, the marketing specialist will engage with customers on BUNN social media channels, serve as a social media community monitor, create and optimize email marketing campaigns, and update copy and images on product detail webpages. The position requires monitoring and maintaining product information via customer portals for brand consistency, updating and maintaining intranet sites for marketing materials, and performing support duties including database management, reporting analytics, maintaining marketing materials, and tradeshow support.
