About the position

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in marketing automation and inbound marketing through the use of Marketo. As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for defining business requirements and building complex solutions that align with AssuredPartners' strategic goals. Your role will involve a deep understanding of lead conversion, lead scoring, sales lifecycle, segmentation, and data management, which you will apply to enhance business outcomes in a practical setting. In this role, you will create and manage various marketing initiatives using Marketo, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Salesforce interface to facilitate the integration of new leads and track marketing attribution. Your expertise will be crucial in advising clients, ranging from entry-level employees to C-level executives, on best practices and strategies for maximizing the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. You will oversee the technical design, configuration, deployment, and modification of Marketo programs, ensuring that the database remains healthy and compliant with legal standards. Additionally, you will execute integrations with third-party tools, create new emails, forms, and drip campaigns, and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating marketing and sales processes to identify efficiencies, and you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing initiatives in Marketo.
  • Collaborate and integrate Marketo Salesforce Interface for the pushing of net new leads and marketing attribution.
  • Provide advice on and set up best practices in collaboration with clients ranging from entry-level employees to C-level executives.
  • Control the Marketo programs' technical design, configuration, deployment, and modification.
  • Manage and maintain the health of the Marketo database, email practices, and legal compliance.
  • Execute Marketo integrations with third-party tools.
  • Create new emails, forms, and drip campaigns with Marketo.
  • Create, modify, and test campaign components like forms, landing pages, and email.
  • Advise and implement A/B testing and other program and individual asset testing strategies.
  • Analyze operational marketing and/or sales processes to find and suggest efficiencies.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are timely and of high quality.
  • Control many projects to completion on time and within budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Marketo experience.
  • 2-3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • 2+ years of digital ads experience.
  • 2+ years managing direct reports.
  • Experience in project management.
