The Marketing Strategist at Nemours Children's Health plays a vital role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives by developing and managing comprehensive marketing plans for key services and initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Perform market research to segment the market and establish buyer insights.
  • Establish a planful, strategic mindset across MarCom and work cross-functionally to support planned work.
  • Coordinate and develop strategic plans for enterprise initiatives that align with enterprise goals.
  • Collaborate with the content strategy team to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and positioning across all platforms.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of marketing processes and workflows to optimize efficiency.
  • Define competitive intelligence by analyzing direct competitors and adjacent regions.
  • Support comprehensive market segmentation efforts to effectively position Nemours in the marketplace.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum three years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting; five plus years preferred.
  • Familiarity with performing market analysis and applying insights into effective strategies.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
