About the position

The Anaplan Implementation Expert will play a crucial role in the US-Marketing Strategy and Operations team by designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions that enhance planning, performance, and analysis processes. This position requires a strong background in financial modeling and data analysis, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models. The role is a 10-month contract, emphasizing collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of Anaplan models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan solutions, including requirements gathering, model design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, analytics, operations, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into effective Anaplan models.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models in Anaplan to support performance management, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Anaplan models by establishing robust data validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Anaplan solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing Anaplan models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our financial planning processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Services or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of proven Anaplan experience with at least 3-5 years as an Anaplan Model Builder, certified at level 3.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, operations, or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's/Advanced Degree in Data Science, Business, or Analytics.
  • Certified solution architect.
