About the position

The Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy and Operations at Lenovo is responsible for leading and optimizing marketing strategies and operational processes to drive marketing initiatives that align with the company's business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategy, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions to drive sales with carriers and retailers.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Optimize marketing processes and workflows to enhance productivity and deliver results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including different marketing verticals, sales, product, and finance to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Lead the customer feedback from various resources and potential solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations.
  • 3+ years experience in managing people, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives.
