About the position
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing the Marketing Department. This role involves directing the design of marketing materials, maintaining model homes, and coordinating various marketing efforts to enhance the company's image and product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the supervision of the Marketing Department.
- Direct the design of marketing materials and oversee the maintenance and opening of model homes.
- Communicate with various departments to improve products and company image.
- Coordinate advertising and public relations with the ad agency for current communities.
- Assist with the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral in coordination with the ad agency and Sales Representatives.
- Coordinate the selection of model options and the compilation of brochures, signage, and sales office materials.
- Oversee the maintenance of model homes, advertising, signage, brochures, public relations, and invoices.
- Assist with the marketing of all active and upcoming communities and review marketing materials such as ad campaigns, press releases, and website designs.
- Hire and manage all vendors for model home openings.
- Work closely with model merchandisers, landscape architects, and on-site superintendents.
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
