About the position

The Marketing Systems Coordinator and Technical Editor at HNTB Corporation is responsible for supporting the marketing team by reviewing, editing, and monitoring information in sales and marketing systems. This role involves collecting and organizing materials for prequalification, proposal, or presentation efforts, while also supporting research and administrative functions within the marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains data integrity and prepares division marketing reporting, including win-loss data and monthly marketing reports.
  • Maintains and provides training on marketing-related systems.
  • Provides qualification/proposal development support, including leading prequalification efforts and compiling information.
  • Completes forms and reports for marketing purposes.
  • Supports the execution of marketing department business and administrative functions, such as budget reports and invoicing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT).
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing, editing, and updating documents.
  • Efficient organization to follow and drive established document management processes.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and capability to navigate proprietary reporting systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in communications/journalism or information science.
