About the position

The Marketing Technology Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Services Marketing Technology team by developing internal tools that enhance global marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and marketing knowledge to drive impactful digital services and manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead creative solutions to complex challenges using technology.
  • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, especially in social media and online platforms.
  • Apply hands-on expertise in organic marketing and social channel management.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be a proactive self-starter who can think creatively and critically.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, able to explain complex technical issues in a way that's clear.
  • Thrive under pressure while working on large-scale, time-sensitive international projects.

  • Have experience in writing tool requirements documentation and managing software engineers' work.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and apply best practices in system implementation.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Understand digital image/video file formats and have proficiency with tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management, campaign management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
