As the Marketing Technology Implementation Director at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the integration and utilization of Adobe's marketing solutions within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strategic relationships with Adobe, ensuring that we maximize the use of their capabilities while driving their product direction to align with our marketing and business goals. You will hold Adobe accountable for delivering on their promises, ensuring that ServiceNow is treated as a top-tier client. This involves ensuring that Adobe's offerings are well-integrated and adopted across the organization, and that we are employing best practices to improve our time to market. In this role, you will create a vendor score framework with Adobe to ensure compliance and delivery of contract goals. You will collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including Digital Transformation (DT), Marketing, and external partners, to ensure that detailed architecture and implementation plans for strategic projects are in place. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing technical processes that align with DT architecture and governance, optimizing the use of marketing technology across the organization. You will also be responsible for aligning across broader ServiceNow to ensure the adoption of Adobe capabilities across various teams, both within and outside of Marketing. This includes ensuring that marketing is deriving value from key new features such as Firefly AI and AJO. Additionally, you will lead workshops, training sessions, and Adobe-led analyses to help marketing align its current processes with Adobe capabilities, ultimately driving better business outcomes.
