About the position

As the Marketing Technology Implementation Director at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the integration and utilization of Adobe's marketing solutions within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strategic relationships with Adobe, ensuring that we maximize the use of their capabilities while driving their product direction to align with our marketing and business goals. You will hold Adobe accountable for delivering on their promises, ensuring that ServiceNow is treated as a top-tier client. This involves ensuring that Adobe's offerings are well-integrated and adopted across the organization, and that we are employing best practices to improve our time to market. In this role, you will create a vendor score framework with Adobe to ensure compliance and delivery of contract goals. You will collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including Digital Transformation (DT), Marketing, and external partners, to ensure that detailed architecture and implementation plans for strategic projects are in place. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing technical processes that align with DT architecture and governance, optimizing the use of marketing technology across the organization. You will also be responsible for aligning across broader ServiceNow to ensure the adoption of Adobe capabilities across various teams, both within and outside of Marketing. This includes ensuring that marketing is deriving value from key new features such as Firefly AI and AJO. Additionally, you will lead workshops, training sessions, and Adobe-led analyses to help marketing align its current processes with Adobe capabilities, ultimately driving better business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical processes aligned with DT architecture and governance.
  • Align across broader ServiceNow to ensure adoption of Adobe capabilities across teams.
  • Ensure marketing is getting value from key new features like Firefly AI and AJO.
  • Lead workshops, trainings, and Adobe-led analysis to align current processes to Adobe capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Adobe marketing solutions are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with the TOGAF architecture approach and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology trends, Martech architecture, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale Martech implementation projects in a complex organization.
  • At least 10 years of experience working with Adobe's marketing platform, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional marketing technology platforms.
