Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Adobe's food culture.
• Create brand assets and marketing materials for food service operations.
• Build relationships with café and catering teams, leadership, and Adobe clients.
• Ensure brand consistency reflecting both Bon Appétit and Adobe values.
• Design and utilize digital and print signage for cafés and catering events.
• Draft promotional copy for internal communication platforms like Slack.
• Monitor Slack channels to address food-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with Bon Appétit and Adobe IT teams on technology initiatives.
• Manage updates for hardware and software used in food operations.
• Audit and optimize customer-facing technologies, including point-of-sale systems and digital menus.
• Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting technology-related issues.
• Report on the progress and outcomes of technology troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• Expertise in marketing and technology systems integration.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on visual design, preferably with Creative Cloud proficiency.
• Experience in data analysis and making informed recommendations.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven with a process-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
