In this role, the Marketing Technology Specialist will oversee the deployment and management of essential marketing technology tools, including marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot, as well as CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. The specialist will be responsible for configuring and customizing these technology solutions to align with the specific needs of various marketing campaigns and strategies. Additionally, the specialist will integrate marketing technology platforms with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Regular monitoring and optimization of the performance of these systems will be crucial, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as necessary. The role also involves analyzing marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and technologies, providing insights that will guide future marketing strategies. The Marketing Technology Specialist will provide training and technical support to marketing teams, creating and maintaining documentation such as user guides and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the deployment and management of marketing technology tools such as marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Configure and customize technology solutions to meet the specific needs of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Integrate marketing technology platforms with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor and optimize the performance of marketing technology systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
  • Provide technical support and training to marketing teams on the use of marketing technology tools and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, for marketing technology systems.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure that marketing tools are up-to-date and meet organizational requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to enhance marketing capabilities and performance.
  • Lead or participate in projects related to the implementation and upgrade of marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing technology role or similar position.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proficiency in using and configuring marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) and familiarity with APIs for system integration.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in developing and managing performance reports and dashboards.
  • Experience managing or contributing to technology-related projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with marketing teams, IT departments, and external vendors.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
