About the position

The Marketing Technology Specialist will lead the operational transformation of clinical trial management and medical device operations for key clients. This role focuses on improving resource allocation visibility, streamlining communication tracking, and integrating workflow tools to enable scalable operations. The specialist will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met and operational efficiency is achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full implementation of operational systems and processes, ensuring alignment across clinical and therapy development teams or relevant departments.
  • Manage the integration of key operational tools, ensuring that systems such as CRM and case tracking platforms communicate effectively to streamline workflow across the organization.
  • Lead change management efforts, offering training, support, and resources to ensure successful system adoption with minimal disruption.
  • Develop and manage a unified scheduling system to predictably allocate resources, ensuring consistent support without overlapping or missed assignments.
  • Implement systems to track communications across relevant sites or teams, providing visibility and ensuring all interactions are documented and actionable.
  • Design scalable processes that can be expanded to accommodate increasing operational demands and geographic expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams, operations, and third-party vendors, to ensure project success and efficient workflow integration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or clinical trial sectors.
  • Proven experience managing the implementation of operational and CRM systems, with a primary need for experience with Veeva, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations and the unique challenges faced by field teams and therapy development departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead change management efforts.
  • Experience with scheduling systems and resource allocation in a clinical or operational setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with medical devices or clinical trials.
  • Knowledge of international clinical trial regulations or experience with operational scaling.
