In this role, you will support agents in their daily tasks related to the sales listing and buyer process. This includes creating listing agreements, coordinating signatures, and managing various aspects of the sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for overseeing coop/condo Board Packages, updating listings online, facilitating deal sheets, and tracking contracts. Additionally, you will lead marketing efforts, manage the execution of sales listing activities, and ensure data accuracy in our CRM system. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making it ideal for someone who is solutions-driven and personable.
