About the position

The Marketing Advisory team at Accenture Song is focused on advising marketing leaders in the Life Sciences sector on transforming their marketing capabilities to drive growth. This role involves engaging with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives, particularly in the context of Legal, Medical, and Regulatory (MLR) processes. The position requires a deep understanding of marketing and MLR processes, as well as the ability to guide clients through their transformation journeys using innovative solutions and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with CMOs and commercial leadership to explore their MLR vision and align it with business objectives.
  • Define the MLR transformation journey and shape the roadmap for clients.
  • Provide insights on the future of MLR processes in Life Sciences, including the impact of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Create strategic visions and roadmaps for MLR advancements in both the near and long term.
  • Deliver work with clients focused on MLR and develop talent through project delivery.
  • Assess organizational and marketer capability gaps in various marketing areas.
  • Co-create Capability Strategies and Plans across skills, processes, organization, people, culture, and technology.
  • Lead the design and delivery of programs to close capability gaps, including learning experiences and change management initiatives.
  • Drive new business development through Accenture relationships and personal networks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Marketing and Legal, Medical, and Regulatory processes in Life Sciences.
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods, retail, B2B, or financial services organizations is a plus.
  • First-hand experience of marketing and the MLR process in the current era.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing large-scale marketing programs.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing Marketing organization transformation and operating models.
  • Experience building client relationships across all levels, including C-suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Passion and experience in developing capabilities and driving change.
  • Knowledge of the CX/Martech landscape and its client value.
  • Strong storytelling, relationship development, problem-solving/design thinking, and written content creation skills.
  • Experience in brand and services innovation, brand positioning, campaign planning, digital marketing, and customer insight.
