About the position

The Marketing Video Editor at swipejobs is responsible for creating and animating video content for various marketing platforms, including websites, social media, and digital ads. This role involves transforming raw footage into polished videos using advanced editing tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality production that engages audiences. The position is a contract role for the remainder of 2024, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and graphic overlays from start to finish.
• Collaborate on storyboard concepts and present ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Edit film and video content, including color grading and audio post-production.
• Produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including websites and social media.
• Implement new editing technologies and best practices to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in video production or editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with familiarity in Figma, Frame.io, and Workfront a plus.
• Experience with professional video tools and post-production workflows.
• Excellent creative, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid portfolio required.
