Marketplace Manager WeatherTech is seeking a qualified Marketplace Manager to help shape the company's 3P Seller strategy and execution and guide marketing and merchandising for such marketplaces as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. As the Marketplace Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy and associated action plans for Amazon (and other marketplaces) that drive growth incrementally for WeatherTech. You will establish and maintain relationships with Marketplace partner teams, focusing on enhancing overall business opportunities, including securing access to test programs and new opportunities. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with relevant WeatherTech departments (Product Development, Digital Marketing, Brand Protection, Part Entry, etc.) to bring recommendations to market. Your role will also involve leading end-to-end ad campaign management, including goal setting, budget allocation, targeting and search strategy, ideation, execution, and measurement. You will partner with the Product Catalog Management team to create, optimize, and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and pricing. Utilizing SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability will be essential, as will resolving product listing issues and leveraging advanced tools like Jungle Scout, Helium10, and Power BI to foster revenue growth and elevate average order value/sales. In addition, you will manage organic search engine optimization efforts, including on-page and technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and search visibility monitoring. Overseeing paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid optimization, and campaign performance analysis will also be part of your responsibilities. You will plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals to drive traffic and sales, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve ROI targets. Regular performance updates and recommendations will be provided to the Executive Leadership Team to ensure the company's online presence remains competitive and profitable. Staying up to date with industry and marketplace trends is crucial, and you will perform other duties as assigned.
