About the position

The Markets Brand and Marketing Campaign Manager at EY is responsible for creating impactful demand generation campaigns across various sectors and solutions. This role involves developing marketing insights, executing cross-functional marketing campaigns, and enhancing EY's brand presence through integrated marketing strategies. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure successful campaign execution and effective lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cross-sector and cross-service line timely go-to-market campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sector, service-line, and alliance marketing colleagues to align content and enhance client experiences.
  • Manage and track campaign engagement and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Independently handle marketing challenges and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Support lead generation and retention strategies in partnership with Business Development and account teams.
  • Coordinate event timelines and work with teams to achieve goals.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to drive event awareness, registration, and analysis.
  • Oversee lead capture and integration with CRM systems.
  • Analyze event success and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
