About the position

The Brand and Marketing Manager at EY will play a crucial role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns aimed at generating demand across various sectors. This position combines strategic marketing initiatives with operational efficiency, leveraging digital tools and collaboration with internal teams to enhance EY's brand presence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cross-sector and cross-service line timely go-to-market campaigns with a focus on demand generation.
  • Operationalize marketing processes and AI tools to elevate the impact of marketing, including sector convergence and quality of insights.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Center of Excellence to align content with business priorities.
  • Manage and track campaign engagement and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Independently handle marketing challenges and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Support lead generation and retention strategies in partnership with Business Development and account teams.
  • Coordinate event timelines and work with teams to achieve goals.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to drive event awareness, registration, and analysis.
  • Oversee lead capture and integration with CRM systems.
  • Analyze event success and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
