About the position
Motivations Counseling is seeking a part-time Marriage Counselor to provide in-person therapy at our upscale locations in Katy and Sugar Land, Texas. The ideal candidate will have formal training in couples counseling and experience in both couples and individual therapy. This role offers a flexible schedule and a lucrative hourly rate, with a focus on serving a full fee clientele in a concierge mental health practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person marriage counseling to couples and individuals.
- Utilize formal couples counseling training to guide therapy sessions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in an upscale office environment.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to support community mental health needs.
- Manage client sessions and documentation using provided EMR systems.
Requirements
- Valid LPC license in Texas as a Mental Health Provider.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in behavioral health and couples counseling.
- Own malpractice insurance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with individual counseling.
- Familiarity with concierge mental health practices.
