The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various masonry techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This position is full-time and temporary, offering a competitive hourly wage between $24 and $29, depending on experience. As a Mason at KC Stone Designs, you will be responsible for performing a variety of masonry tasks, including the installation of brick, block, and stone. You will also be tasked with repairing and renovating existing structures using appropriate materials. The role requires effective utilization of both hand tools and power tools, as well as involvement in projects that include metal stud framing and roofing. Collaboration with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, is essential to ensure the successful completion of projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for estimating materials and labor costs for masonry projects, which is a critical aspect of the role.
