Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of masonry restoration projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Lead and motivate a team of masonry professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and report on project status.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the masonry industry as a Project Manager.
  • Proficient with Bluebeam, Estimate Pro, or equivalent software.
  • Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $2 million.
  • Familiarity with Range Screens, Terracotta Panels, Air Barrier, Restoration, and Scaffolding.
  • High-rise residential experience is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current masonry restoration techniques and materials.
