Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of masonry restoration projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Lead and motivate a team of masonry professionals to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and report on project status.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the masonry industry as a Project Manager.
- Proficient with Bluebeam, Estimate Pro, or equivalent software.
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $2 million.
- Familiarity with Range Screens, Terracotta Panels, Air Barrier, Restoration, and Scaffolding.
- High-rise residential experience is a plus, but not required.
