As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a range of barbering services to our clients, ensuring that each client leaves satisfied with their experience. Your role will involve not only performing haircuts, shaves, and beard trims but also creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized barber station, manage appointments effectively, and provide grooming advice to clients, recommending suitable hair care products to enhance their grooming routine. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will be expected to uphold excellent customer service standards to build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- Perform barbering services such as haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and mustache trims
- Provide grooming advice and recommend hair care products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barber station and tools
- Manage appointments and walk-in clients efficiently
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to build client relationships
Requirements
- Barbering License (Required)
- Cosmetology License (Required)
- Proficiency in barbering techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of cosmetology and nail care
- Familiarity with retail sales and retail math
- Experience with salon software like MINDBODY is a plus
- Understanding of store management practices
