About the position

The Master Data Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and supporting master data changes within their specific domain. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales Administrators, Account Managers, and Senior Leadership, to enhance service offerings and improve customer delivery. The role is a temporary hybrid opportunity based in the DFW area, requiring full onsite presence for training and partial onsite work thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection, interpretation, and recording of data in accordance with documented guidelines and standards.
• Provide key support for timely master data changes among their specific domain (Material).
• Work integrally with and assist Stakeholders, Sales Administrators, Account Managers, Program Managers, Product Managers, Directors, Senior Leadership, and other staff to continuously improve upon our service offerings and delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years' related experience
• Analytical experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with data to analyze, research, and execute daily processes
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with tools such as SAP and Salesforce preferred
• Excellent interpersonal problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly motivated self-starter
