The Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of MDM solutions within Lennar. This role is crucial in establishing a reliable and efficient system for managing master data to ensure its quality, consistency, and accessibility. The MDM Architect will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, product and development teams, and data governance committees, to develop and maintain a comprehensive MDM solution that aligns with Lennar's business objectives. In this position, you will translate business and technical requirements into a comprehensive solution architecture, document all solution design and analysis work, and monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies. You will support end-of-life product decisions, facilitate evaluation and selection of software products, and lead the design and implementation of solutions that align with enterprise business strategy. Your responsibilities will also include developing technical solutions, participating in code reviews, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM principles, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You will be expected to implement data quality management practices, lead efforts to resolve data-related issues, and ensure continuous improvement of data quality. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams will be essential for success in this role.
