About the position

The Master Data Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining master data elements that support client Cell Therapy treatment center account management. This position involves creating, updating, and transforming data related to apheresis centers and treatment personnel into actionable entries, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience for patient treatment centers globally. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 50% in-office attendance, focusing on collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain master data elements for client Cell Therapy treatment center account management.
  • Transform information from apheresis centers and treatment personnel into actionable master data entries.
  • Manage master data elements supporting Scheduling and Cell Logistics' patient treatment scheduling.
  • Participate in projects and working groups as operational priorities allow.
  • Manage patient scheduling master data for a growing Cell Therapy portfolio.
  • Implement, review, and maintain master data in SCLT systems for clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patients.
  • Connect and work with regional teams and matrix partners to refine cross-functional processes.
  • Assist with reporting and Key Performance Indicator tracking efforts.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in-person and virtually.
  • Facilitate a positive end-to-end customer experience.
  • Represent Scheduling and Cell Logistics on cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide on-the-job training related to account management expertise.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes related to account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of work experience in a related role.
  • Experience in planning/scheduling, managing operations, or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting.
  • Fluent reading, speaking, and writing skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cell Therapy experience.
  • Experience with APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, or comparable planning/scheduling systems.
