About the position

We are seeking multiple Master Plumbers to join our team in Burlington/Greensboro, NC. This position offers top pay, benefits, and plenty of overtime opportunities. The role involves working primarily in residential plumbing with some commercial work, focusing on installations and service of plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Working in the area of Greensboro and Burlington, NC - On the road
• Plumber will have company truck
• Performing installs and service on water heaters, drains, pipe replacements, etc.
• Maintain and replace water lines
• Troubleshoot and repair various plumbing issues
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• 6+ years of previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
• NC Masters License required
• Residential experience required
• Service and install work experience with water heaters, drain work, pipe replacement, no new construction work
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain licensure

Nice-to-haves

• Licensed Plumber: 1 year (Preferred)
• NC Master Plumbing License (Preferred)
