About the position

As a Master Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success through the delivery of professional services engagements. This position focuses on crafting technical strategies and solutions to facilitate cloud transformation journeys for clients. You will leverage your expertise in cloud architecture and enterprise technology to guide customers, ensuring they overcome adoption challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate customer adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions by providing technical consulting and business transformation strategies.
  • Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new service feature development.
  • Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
  • Develop strategic relationships with collaborators, particularly C-Suite and IT teams, to understand customer business and develop strategic roadmaps.
  • Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with organizations to ensure customer success during critical moments.
  • Develop standard processes and assets based on takeaways from customer engagements to support outbound initiatives for cloud adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience building cloud products and/or solutions.
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications such as ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, etc.
  • Experience supporting customers in IT Consulting, cloud operations, technical support, or critical issue management.
  • Superb communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills, with experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical or engineering acumen with 7 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service-oriented architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, or content delivery networks.
  • Experience in application/workload migration to public cloud providers.
  • Experience in SaaS applications.
  • Fluency in French - reading, writing, and speaking.
